Study of glaring effect from light emitting diodes via lens approach

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the glaring effect from light-emitting diode (LED) streetlight with two different brands lens (Lens A and Lens B). By using DIALux Evo 70W LED luminaires, same scenarios road lighting designs pole distance 35m heights 10 m on a 7 wide evaluated both lenses. Smaller contributes narrower patterns well smaller average beam angle, suggesting that more suitable streetlights.
